This company is fantastic! They deliver quickly, have excellent expertise, and are genuinely focused on their customers. If you're in need of an auto part and they have it, these are definitely the folks to go with.

I ordered a propshaft for my Ford Ranger pickup, and after four months of use, it fell apart in the middle. A nut came loose that should've been tightened to factory specs. Thankfully, we were going slow; if this had happened on the motorway, the truck could've flipped, and I might not be here today. My girlfriend and our 12-week-old daughter were with me too. I ended up £350 out of pocket for recovery, and Milner won’t cover it. Their customer service is appalling, and this could have turned into a much worse situation. I'm currently looking into legal options.

I had to give one star, but honestly, there’s some seriously dodgy stuff happening with this company! I bought a new engine for my Mitsubishi, got it installed, and everything seemed alright until I tried to register it—turns out there’s no engine number. I reached out to Milner, and they told me the last batch of engines they got didn’t have numbers, which is pretty strange! They suggested I use the receipt for registration, but that’s not what you need for an engine number! I’ve taken it to a few garages, and they all agree it doesn’t look like a new engine. Plus, it’s burning oil and water, which isn’t typical for a new engine. Now I’m stuck with a truck and a faulty engine that’s cost me a pretty penny. I’m looking into legal options. If you’re thinking about using this company, just don’t! Find someone more trustworthy. Like I said, there’s some real dodgy dealings going on here! BEWARE!

Emma started off great, but then it all went downhill. I bought a diesel tank along with all the necessary parts, and after getting it installed, it turned out the new tank was leaking. So, I ended up purchasing a genuine Mitsubishi part and gaskets, had it fitted again at my own cost, and guess what? The tank was still leaking! They finally offered me a replacement tank since the one they provided was defective, but I had to shell out more cash to get the new one installed. I asked them to cover the £200 I spent on the refit to fix their faulty product, but I've sent countless emails and haven't heard a peep back. What a mess of a company! I won't be using or recommending them to anyone. If you're thinking of buying from them, make sure you get what you pay for because the stuff they sold me was not fit for purpose. I'm definitely going to warn all my friends with off-road and 4x4 vehicles about Milner off road goods and services. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I was on the hunt for parts to fix up a Landcruiser LJ70. It was super annoying having to sift through a bunch of totally unrelated Draper stuff. For every relevant item I found, there were like 10 that had nothing to do with my search. Seriously, does Draper run this place? I finally threw in the towel and went with Euro4x4 instead - way simpler and way better.

They claim the parts are completely new, but what you get are shoddy refurbished ones that don't hold up. The bolts feel super soft, almost like plastic. Customer service is a real letdown. Best to steer clear of this place.

My package didn't show up, which is unusual for these folks. I shot an email over, and Ellie quickly contacted the delivery service, who had misplaced it. She resent my order the same day with an apology. Always great service!

We've relied on Milner numerous times, and it's always been a great experience. They consistently have items available, offer reasonable prices, and their staff really knows their stuff. Plus, delivery is quick and dependable, and they even send a VAT receipt without us needing to request it! Big thanks for keeping our trusty old Hilux running, Milner! 👍
